Made By Lyss is a small business in Australia making high quality and finished handmade products. Starting as an interested in creating masks for friends and family, my interests and offerings expanded to the creation of Made By Lyss. 

Committed to only producing quality products, you can feel assured only the best is provided in your orders with love and care.

All our fabric items are handmade by me here in Australia and as such may have some minor differences/variations from product to product.

This includes but is not limited to:

Specific image display/position - images, prints and/or patterns may appear different on each piece due to the fabric being cut in different positions

Fabric colours - some fabrics may have slight colour variations in different printed batches due to the printing nature of some of our fabrics. Difference in screen lighting and camera ability may also differ the overall colour reflected on our website compared to the finished item and although all efforts are made to have these colours as real as possible, this may at times be out of our control.

Styles/patterns - variations of patterns and colours in our products including hairclaws, headbands etc will vary from exact image photos due to the nature of manufacturing processes

Baby items - snaps/ring colours - all snaps on our bibs and silicone rings are chosen to correspond with the fabric colours, however as a small business these options and colours used may change between the same product due to availability from local suppliers 

Teething ring sizes - we source all of our teething rings from Australian businesses including our beech wood and silicone teething rings. As a result, the sizes of our beech wood rings may differ between 55-65mm in size depending on local availability and our commitment to only sourcing high quality and safe items for your little ones

These are all considered minor variations and NOT faults, however if you believe your item/s vary greatly from what is described or pictured on our website, please contact us so we can best assist you.

Any major changes or differences from the image son our website will be noted and be reflected in updated photos as soon as possible to best show our most recent and up-to-date products and styles.

Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of products sold, Made By Lyss will not accept refunds for change of mind, however please contact us if there are any faults or issues with your products so we can offer an exchange, refund or another solution!
